• Orders placed after the daily cutoff will be processed the following day.

• Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days across most serviceable locations.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier availability, regional serviceability, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays).

💛 Damaged Orders

In the rare event of breakage, leakage, or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
